Training offered by an expert in group or personalized management that will allow you to fully understand the various financial statements of an organization and how your daily actions influence the results.
We will take advantage of this training to give you documentation: Presentation, Beta company with real financial statements and its financial ratios. During this training, there will also be a presentation of the different financial ratios that will allow you to better understand their meanings.

Application of your learning during the formation of financial statements and ratios with your financial statements. This training allows you to take your figures and your results from your previous years and apply the various financial ratios acquired. Get relevant advice and insightful analysis on your results.
This course also offers an additional two-hour visit by one of our professionals to your company (free transportation within a 50km radius of the Island of Montreal) following the analysis of the results to better understand your operations and offer you relevant recommendations to improve yourself.

Cash cycle (4 hours)
Cash is probably the biggest challenge in your day. This training will teach you how the cash flow cycle of a business works and how performance metrics and analyzes of your accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory play an important role in cash flow planning and management daily.
